Without proof of purchase, All Stake Supply reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund.
With proof of purchase, (such as a receipt, credit statement or invoice), All Stake Supply will accept returns and offer you a refund or an exchange at your option where a product is returned within a reasonable time and that product:
Is faulty through no fault of your own; or has defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention, or is not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose you made known to our sales staff; or does not match the sample or description.
We note that refunds will be issued in the same form of tender as the original purchase transaction and it is the customer’s responsibility to retain and produce proof of purchase.
All Stake Supply reserves the right to:
assess the condition and age of returned goods before offering a repair, exchange or refund which may result in a repair, exchange or a refund being refused; and/or refer the item to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.
You may also have other rights under a manufacturer’s warranty. If you wish to claim a manufacturer’s warranty you should contact the manufacturer directly. Any rights under a manufacturer’s warranty are in addition to your statutory rights and other rights outlined in this policy.
